The international hospitality corporation Accor and the development firm Kajima have collaborated in the real estate sector to introduce a collection of high-end residential properties in Bali, operating under the Raffles brand. The project entails constructing twenty-eight individual homes within a sizeable, secluded coastal property adjacent to an existing luxury resort.
The high-end residential properties development is characterized by a low-density master plan designed to preserve the natural topography and mature vegetation, with architecture and interiors that emphasize local materials, indoor-outdoor living, and the design philosophy known as ‘quiet luxury.' The residential projects will also integrate with full-service hospitality management, including dedicated butler services and privileged access to all amenities of the neighboring Raffles Bali resort.
